December 2025 Lock-In
In December 2025, Troop 205 hosted our annual Lock-In event. This was our end of the year celebration, a chance to meet new friends from AOL Packs, and have fun together as a Troop. We had a great time at Urban Air and had a late night video game truck come to our church.
Winter Court of Honor December 2025
Our 2025 Winter Court of Honor in December 2025 is a chance to come together as a Troop and celebrate our rank advancements, earned merit badges, and re-visit our accomplishments this fall together.
Eagle Project 2025
In late November, a group of Troop 205 Scouts came together to help Max complete his Eagle Scout Project at the Fishers AgriPark. During the day, the team built 4 new picnic tables for visitors and class visits. They also recycled boards from older tables that needed to be taken out of service. Great job Scouts.
November 2025
In November 2025, Troop 205 ventured north for our annual Wilderness Survival outing. We built shelters, cooked together as a troop, and helped maintain a property while having a little fun together in the process.
October 2025
In October, Troop 205 hosted Arrow of Light Webelo Scouts at Koteewi archery range in Strawtown, IN. We camped at Mounds State Park. It was a little chilly, but we prepared well for cooking, hiking, and hitting some bullseye’s in the afternoon.
September 2025
In September 2025, Troop 205 visited Indiana Dunes State and National Parks. We had a great time camping, cooking, working on merit badge and rank advancements. Most of our Troop hiked 5 miles and spent a fun afternoon on the beach. Some of our high school scouts trekked for 10 miles through the marsh, dunes, and on the beach.
August 2025
In August 2025, Troop 205 visited Holiday World in southern Indiana. We had a great time at the park and on the campout to end the summer.
Firecrafter 2025
Special Firecrafter program update from Troop 205. We recently held elections leading up to Grand Ritual. We will have a new Fire Chief in 2025 as Max and Caleb transition. We also celebrated at Gran Ritual at Camp Ransburg where Troop 205 had 5 new scouts and 1 adult join the ranks!
Eagle Court of Honor
Congratulations to Beau! Beau is Troop 205’s newest Eagle Scout. At his ceremony in August, Beau became member number 7 of 7 from the Crispy Bacon Ninja Warrior Patrol to achieve the Eagle Rank.
July 2025
In July 2025, Troop 205 visited Camp Buffalo and the Tippecanoe River in Monticello and Winimac, IN for some kayaking, splashing, and swimming during our annual summer outing on the water. https://campbuffalo.com
Philmont Crew 2025
In summer 2025, a crew from Troop 205 consisting of 8 Scouts and 4 Adult leaders will travel to the Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico for a high adventure experience. https://www.philmontscoutranch.org
Community Garden Eagle Project
Congratulations to Landon for organizing, planning, and executing his Eagle Scout Project with St. Vincent’s in Fishers, IN. Well done Landon and Troop 205!
June 2025
2025 Summer Camp! We had an amazing time at http://www.ransburgbsa.org With 4 new Firecrafter candidates, 4 new Woodsman, and many campers, we were in for a fun time! We managed the sun, the rain, cold mornings, and many skits together along the way.
May 2025
In May 2025, Troop 205 visited Camp Belzer and Fort Benjamin Harrison. We had a group of cyclers and a Philmont training hike. Gaga Ball, creek stomping, and some kickball to end the nights. We also had a service project to help rebuild a trail before summer camp.

Congratulations to Beau and Tanner for achieving the rank of Eagle! With their recent accomplishments, they help the Crispy Bacon Ninja Warrior Patrol produce a perfect 7 of 7 Eagles. Way to show resilience gentlemen!
April 2025
In April 2025, we visited Morgan Monroe State Park. We hiked, orienteered, and backpacked through a beautiful landscape.
20 Years of Scouting in Fishers!
In February, Troop 205 celebrated our 20th Anniversary of Scouting. We had a great turnout of former 205’er Scouts, Leaders, and Families. We were featured in the Current in Fishers Magazine!
Eagle Court of Honor, Order of the Arrow
Congratulations to Jonah and Josh for achieving the ranks of Eagle and entering the Order of the Arrow respectively.
February 2025
Troop 205 is Cookin’. In February, we travelled to Camp Ransburg near Bloomington. We stayed in cabins for a change and worked on our cooking advancements and polished our culinary skills. We also participated in new Scout Crossover Ceremonies!

It’s Party Time to end the year in scouting. We’ll be hosting a Lock-In with events, games, food and networking with Troop 205 Scouts. We also had our winter 2024 Court of Honor.
November 2024
Troop 205 held our annual wilderness survival outing in November near Lafayette, IN. We built shelters, cleared some trails, and worked in teams to beat the cold.
October 2024
Troop 205 hit the mark in October with archery at Koteewi State Park. Thanks to all of the Webelo guests that joined us! We camped at Mounds and celebrated Chase’s last campout with us before he ages up. Thanks for the memories friend!
September 2024
Backpacking 101 at Hoosier National Forest. We camped. We hiked. We cooked. We packed everything we needed as a Troop. We slept on the trail. We did 12 miles together !

Eagle Service Project

Our annual week at Ransburg Scout Reservation just can’t be replaced. We produced more Firecrafters, elected new OA members, and had a blast meeting other Scouts and working on badges.
